"Our Serviceman, John, was fantastic!!!! He arrived right on time, accessed the situation carefully (toilets were clogged), and offered a couple of options. Although our only problem was a clogged toilet, he checked the sink and the tub, to make sure the water wasn't backing up anywhere else.
